OOC/ Zach is not taking in who his opponent is in his current state of mind. We could just say they were lost in the battle.
Zach knew he was in trouble. She manged to remain in control through all he had thrown at her. She had blocked his spikes and knocked them down and currently had summoned a flock of angry sparrows. His mind quickly shut out that line of thought. Running his eyes over the flock, Zach cast a quick freezing charm. The birds froze and started to fall, but Zach quickly turned several into knives and hurled them back at his opponent. A couple that he had missed began to peck at his eyes, but the Impermeable Charm on his glasses held them at bay, though it would break before long. Zach ducked out of the attacking birds, side-stepping, and then flicked his wand, turning the rest of the birds into iron spheres. He banished the spheres at his foe, and caused one of the spikes on the ground to rush towards her leg. Hopefully, her attention would be taken up by his projectiles. HE then pointed his wand straght at her head. "Venefumos" A stream of poisonos gas shot towards his opponent.

The dark witch was very surprised by the turn that their battle had taken. She wasn't expecting such a battle between a Ravenclaw and a Gryffindor. They were using very dangerous curses and charms, but she wasn't pleased with their sloppiness with the casting of their spells and their terrible aim. She shook her head as the expluso hex had blown apart the stone in her classroom. Though it would easily be fixed with a flick of her wand, the point in the matter was that they were so sloppy and and almost savage in their spell casting.
They had exceeded their limit in the duel and neither of them were incapacitated or disabled in anyway, so it was time to stop the duel, according to the rules she had set forth. Zach had turned the birds that Isabelle sent at him into daggers and flung them at the Gryffindor, and as much as she would have liked to see this duel play out, she flicked her wrist gently and the daggers turned into black sand midair. As for the gas that flooded toward the girl, it caught fire and the vapors burned off. Svetlana smiled, pleased somewhat with the pair, "Very good, but time has expired. Take your seats. Mr. White, Ms. Falyn. Very messy though..." She trailed off and looked at Isabelle, "A word of advice, try to aim next time. Five points to Gryffindor" She had deemed that Isabelle was the victor by reasoning of her intent to win, going to any means to destroy her opponent.
She looked to the last pair, the Ravenclaw boys. From what she knew and could see about the pair, they were both very 'unique'. The last Ravenclaw had really surprised her though, he had used spells that really weren't 'Ravenclaw' in her opinion, they were very much Slytherin but he let Isabelle best him. Regardless, it was time for the next duel. "Mr. Grey, Mr. Ito, please proceed to the platform."

Alex watched Zach and Isabelle's fight intently; he had found it very exciting, though he really couldn't believe the length that either of them went to, to win a class duel. They were using dangerous spells that could really hurt the other beyond repair. He was kind of disturbed that the professor didn't chide them for such spells, and that she kind of found it amusing. Zach wasn't your typical Ravenclaw and Isabelle your typical Gryffindor, this was very apparent. But, none the less it was his turn to duel, and he wasn't going to be the least exciting out of the duels, because he was Alex, and he was going to put on a show. The young Ravenclaw stood up, making his way to the platform, observing his surroundings, calculating all possible advantages and disadvantages.
He had his wand firmly in his hand, smirking at Reo, waiting for him to get up there. Alex was a very talented duelist, a more alternative magic user to put it. He wasn't going to use foolish spells that made one get tickled or puke out slugs, but he also wasn't going to cast avada kedavra either. Reo was his friend, but he wasn't going to go easy on him in any aspect, he still owed Alex for the whole blanket incident.

Isabelle had been about to perform a bubble head charm, confident that her shield would hold no matter what the Ravenclaw sent her way, but Mortchiva called the duel off before Isabelle could retaliate. Her shield charmed disappeared with a soft pop as she flicked her wand.
A smirk graced her face as she was deemed the victor earning points for her house. Unconsciously she sent a small smile the professor's way and nodded, Thank you, Professor, I'll work on the aiming. She agreed. She also had full intent to make use of the Room of Requirement the first chance she got and start blasting away at targets.
The adrenaline, however, was fading fast and because they were no consequences, because no one was seriously injured, what could have happened never entered Isabelle's mind. The feeling of the win danced across her emotions and she felt pure ecstasy. She sat back in her seat to watch the next duel, a smile still playing across her features. She never noticed who she had dueled. Never took the time to study his face, only his movements. He was forgotten the moment she was called the victor. He was still a stranger to her and she didn't care.
OCC/Cruelly done, but it's solve on my end too Zach. ^_^

Zach sat down as his mind slowly came back to reality. He coudln't believe how ferocious the duel had been. Never mind that he had lost, he was happy to have sruvived. Leaning back in his seat, Zach slowly began to fade out as exhaustion caught up with him. Transfiguring so many things so quickly was very draining, and his head was spinning from lack of oygen. He had forgotten to breathe several times during the duel. Already, the memories of the duel were blending together in his now muddled mind. He was going to be in so much trouble with the professor when he woke up, but he just... needed to...rest... Slowly, Zach faded off into sleep, even as the next two competetors took to the stage.
OOC to Isabelle/ Solved the problem on my end.

Pausing at the stairs, Christina looked over at their professor as she began to clap for Draco and walked over toward the group. Svetlana stated the obvious, Malfoy was obviously a very talented duelist though she had to wonder if he would have won if this battle would have been between him and Yulia. Their professor released Yulia from the spells she was under and Christina turned to go and pick up her wand, walking with a barely noticeable limp as she made her way over to the desks which it had rolled to. Usually she would have been happy to be accompanied to her seat by Draco but her pride had been wounded during the duel, as well as her hip which felt ached lightly with each step. The fall and awkward landing against the rough wooden boards must have bruised her but it wasn't enough to whine or whimper about. Besides, Yulia had been blasted with two spells and would most likely need his arm to make it back to her seat. She'd willingly let her have all his attention while she mended her wounded ego.
After taking her wand in hand she made her way back to her seat and watched as the next group stepped up to bat. Yulia and Draco followed along to their desks at their own pace and when Draco made it to his spot she leaned over and spoke softly, as not to grab their professors attention.
"Congratulations Draco, you've bested both of us..." Her attention snapped back as the professor spoke of discussing the duels after everyone finished and she sighed lightly. "Splendid... perhaps after all this I should go seek a tutor. My father would be appalled if he had seen this."
She watched as Zach and Isabelle fight it out, haphazardly casting spells and attacking each other like bloody idiots, blood thirsty gits tossing attacks every which way without any thought to the people surrounding them. Her groups spells may not have been so aggressive but they were safer... after all, they weren't actually trying to kill each other. Just show how quickly they could think on their feet and react to an attack. Something these two seemed to have forgotten as they dragged on and on. Christina was a little appalled that their professor let their attacks go on like this with little chastisement. After all, while such things may have been acceptable in a real battle for your life, here they were more likely to hurt a bystander. Never the less, she made a mental note of the behavior of these two, just in case it was needed in the future. She wouldn't want to be caught off guard again.
The next duel she was sure would be far more interesting to her, and less dangerous she hoped. Alex took the platform and as with everything he did, she knew this fight would have a flair to it that only he could add. Alex held a brilliant mind and seemed to add a little of this glamor to everything he did. She was intrigued by how this would turn out, Reo versus Alex. The musician versus the the Charmer. There was little doubt their professor would be pleased with this match, regardless of its outcome.

Reo smiled brightly and winked at Christina before standing up from his desk. "Well done Christina, you were quite good. I may need a tutor depending on how this battle turns out." He smiled brightly before taking his place on the battlefield. The flamboyant musican spun his wand in his hand as he walked....well moved n his own special way...toward the stage. He gave Alex a wink as well, knowing this would be an amazing battle. He had a good idea of what this battle would entail. Alex was top in his year in Transfiguration and Charms. Reo was top in his own year in the same classes. While he only knew a few spells of defense he suspected he would be in for a fun game. He bowed to his opponant and stood ready, his ever present smile never leaving his face. " I am ready Alex, whenever you are."

He spoke to Alex, but Alex only responded with a nod and a huge swing of his wand. The sand that the professor had made when nullifying the daggers from Zach blew at and around Reo, like a black sandstorm. As if he was conducting an orchestra, Alex began flicking and twisting his wand in precise movements toward Reo. He was transfiguring the sand grains into items to hopefully knock his opponent out. A grand piano and a china cabinet full of china erupted from some of the sand and flew toward Reo with incredible speed. If Reo were to be hit by one of these items, a trip to the nurse's office would be in order.
Alex was all about showmanship, and this would be a prime example, display, for the Veela boy. He liked showing off, sometimes at his own expense though. He went to too much trouble of making things look big and flashy when they didn't really need to be, but winning against Reo right now was all he could think about, he still owed him for the blanket incident in the common room.
